Conservative Party move into new HQ - designed & built by Metro Design ConsultantsJuly 2004The party has been based at Conservative Central Office in Smith Square, Westminster, since the 1950s but says it wants more modern offices.It will now take up home in three floors of an office block in nearby Victoria Street.

The Polotics of Presentation - Installation Europe - Oct. 2005
So, when the Conservative Party moved from its long-time headquarters in Smith Square last year to new London offices in Victoria Street, it took the opportunity to completely overhaul its AV systems. Interior-design company Metro Design Consultants were brought in by the Party to handle the layout and design of its new office space.

The Conservative Party has unveiled its new headquarters in Victoria Street, London. It was created by design and build specialist Metro Design Consultants, which was briefed by Conservative Party co-chairman, Lord Saatchi, to turn into reality his vision of light, bright, spaces, without doors or corridors, symbolising the party's fresh.
