Build

The design & build process starts with consultation. Our initial meetings are geared around understanding our clients business; our experienced professional team will discover how people work and interact with one another, how much space they require and the future needs of an organization as a growing business.

This background research is then coupled with a building analysis. We investigate the building infrastructure and services so that we can offer expert advice to our clients with regard to budgets and how the space will suit their working practices.

Construction

Once on site, the Metro Project Manager has responsibility for the performance and scheduling of all of the sub contractors that are retained by Metro to deliver a completed fit-out. The PM is also responsible for all financial matters. In addition, the Metro Site Manager ensures that our contractors are monitored and take responsibility for site health & safety.

Metro have long standing relationships with our sub contractors who are a group of highly skilled craftsmen that always perform to the very high standards that we demand. In some circumstances Metro act as a main contractor and might only provide construction services.
